This website is operated by Hediye Şahin, who is also the owner of the website. These Terms set out the terms and conditions for the use of our website and services offered by us. This website offers Ata Zeytincilik's products (olives, olive oil, etc.) to its visitors. By accessing or using our Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or use our services, you must be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction and have the legal authority, rights and freedom to enter into these Terms, which is a binding contract. You may not use and/or receive services from this website if your use and/or receipt of services from this website is prohibited in your country or if any applicable legal regulation does not allow you to do so.

When purchasing a product/service, you agree to:

• You are obligated to read the entire list of products/services before committing to purchase.

• When you commit to purchase a product/service and complete the payment process, you enter into a legally binding contract for the sale of the product/service.

The prices we charge for our products/services are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for exhibited products/services at any time and to correct inadvertent price errors. Additional information on prices and sales taxes is available on the payments page.

Other charges you may incur in connection with the Services and your use of the Services, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will vary depending on your payment method.

Simply return any undamaged product within 14 days from the date of purchase, complete with packaging and accessories, presenting the original invoice (or gift exchange card) and we will replace the product or offer a refund via the payment method you used to make the purchase. However, please note the following:

• Products can only be returned in the country of purchase

• Returns are not accepted for the products listed:   

  • Raw Olive

  • Olive oil and olive products

We reserve the right to make changes to the services we offer at any time, including discontinuing to offer the services or any features of the services or imposing restrictions on the services. We may terminate or suspend access to the Services, permanently or temporarily, for any reason or no reason, without prior notice and without liability.

Upon receipt of a notice of defect in a product purchased from us within the warranty period, it is our responsibility to repair and replace the allegedly defective product at our option. If it is not possible for us to repair and replace the product within a reasonable period of time, the customer shall be entitled to a refund of the purchase price provided that the product is returned. We will cover the shipping cost for the delivery of repaired or replaced products to the customer, but the shipping cost for product returns belongs to the customer.

We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend your access to the service for any reason, including if we determine that you have violated any provision of these Terms or any applicable law or regulation, without notice and without liability of any kind.

Ata Zeytincilik; You agree to hold harmless and indemnify Ata Zeytincilik from any claims, losses, liabilities, claims or expenses (including attorneys' fees) resulting in favor of third parties arising out of or in connection with our use of the website or any of the services offered on the website.

Under no circumstances and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ata Zeytincilik shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, use and data, or any other intangible losses arising out of the use or inability to use the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ata Zeytincilik accepts no responsibility or liability for any (i) content error, defect or inaccuracy; (ii) personal injury or property damage of any nature arising out of your access to or use of our service; and (iii) unauthorized access to and use of our secure servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

We reserve the right to change these terms at any time at our sole discretion. You should therefore review this page regularly. We will notify you when we make material changes to the Terms. Your continued use of the Website or our service after such changes means that you accept the new Terms. The Terms, rights, remedies provided hereunder and all claims and disputes relating to these Terms and/or the services shall be governed by, construed under and resolved in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey, exclusively and solely, without regard to its conflicts of laws. In the event such claims and disputes arise, you hereby consent to their resolution exclusively by a competent court located within the borders of Antalya. The application of the United Nations Convention on the International Sale of Goods is hereby expressly excluded.
