. Free Shipping Threshold:We offer free shipping for orders with a total value of 2100 TL or more. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

2.Shipping Methods and Time Frames:We work with reliable shipping partners to deliver your order safely and efficiently. Estimated delivery time will depend on your location and shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a tracking number after your order has been shipped.

3.International Shipping:We cannot offer international shipping to select countries. If applicable for the future, please note that depending on your country's regulations, additional customs duties, taxes and fees may apply. It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of and pay for such charges.

4.Order Processing:Once your order is received, we aim to process and ship within 2-3 business days. Please note that there may be slight delays during peak seasons or holidays. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Our Return & Exchange Policy

1.Damaged or Defective Products:In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request supporting evidence such as photos or a description of the problem. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund including all shipping charges incurred.

2.Return Due to Change of Mind:If you decide to return an item due to a change of mind, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging ​​. Please note that return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. After the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the item value excluding shipping charges.

3.Return Process:To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. We will give you instructions on how to proceed. As we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping method for returned items.

4.Returns:Returns will be processed using the original payment method within 2 business days of receipt and inspection of the returned item. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
